What is Mobile Lifeline?
Mobile Lifeline is a Federal program that provides subscribers a discount on monthly telephone service, broadband Internet access service, or Voice-broadband bundled services with ASTCA. Lifeline is available to eligible low-income consumers in every state, commonwealth, territory, and on Tribal lands. In order for service providers to receive reimbursement, Lifeline-supported services must meet Lifeline’s minimum service standards (MSS). Here at ASTCA, we will be offering to our qualified prepaid subscribers the following plans, billed monthly, to receive the Lifeline benefits.

Am I Eligible?
You are eligible for Lifeline if you (or someone in your household such as a child or a dependent) participates in any of the programs listed below.
- ASNAP – American Samoa Nutritional Assistance Program
- Medicaid
- Public Housing Assistance
- Federal Veterans Affairs Pension or Survivors Pension
You can also sign up for Lifeline if your household income is 135% or Less than the Federal Poverty Guideline.
